State of Missouri Endangered SILVER Advisory
The Pettis County Sheriff's Office has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at 24510 Oak Grove Laneat 5:10 PM on 05/09/2017.
The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is:
Wiley Daniel Perkins, a white, male, age 84, height 5'10", 150 lbs, gray hair, brown eyes, dark complexion, wearing glasses, a tan ball cap, blue plaid short-sleeve shirt, and blue Dickey style pants.
Diagnosed Medical Conditions: Dementia and Alzheimer's.
Vehicle Information:
Black 2011 Chevrolet Silverado with a black camper shell bearing Missouri 2KN201, last seen with an unknown direction of travel.
Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person incident: Mr. Perkins made comments to his caretaker that he wanted to go to an unknown city in North Carolina. The caretaker left the room, came back, and Mr. Perkins and his vehicle were gone.
Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office at 660-827-0052.
