The Bates County Nostalgia Band is tuning up for the summer concert season. We are so excited to have 11 new members join us this year! Pictured in this photo is Sydney Givens, Katie Haines, Russ Thompson - all excellent trumpeters and all band directors. And on the far end is Don Trelease - our new drummer, who lays down a fine beat! Our first concert is Monday, June 19, 7:00 at the Butler City Park. And if your organization would like to sell homemade ice cream during a concert, please contact us...we have a few open slots. Also, if you play an instrument & want to join the band, we have a spot for YOU!!
