On 4/29/17 around 5:56pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Dallas County arrested 23 year old Wylie J. Miller of Hume, Missouri.Mr. Miller was arrested for 1.) Driving While Intoxicated 2.) Careless and Imprudent Driving 3.) No Insurance.
He was booked into the Dallas County Jail and he later bonded out.
