Nevada Police Officer selected as the 2017 Peace Officer of the Year

Congratulations to Nevada Police Officer Marcus Champion who was selected as the 2017 Peace Officer of the Year for the Missouri National Association of Housing & Redevelopment (MONAHRO).

He was nominated by Nevada Housing Director Carol Branham for his dedication & involvement in the community with Nevada Public Housing Residents.

The awards Banquet took place on May 11th, at the Branson Hilton Convention Center.
