James W. "Jim" George 76 of Garden City, Missouri departed this life on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at his home surrounded by love.

Jim is survived by his wife, Karla George of the home; a daughter, Kristy Burns (Jeremy) of Oak Grove, Missouri; three grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; a brother, Robert George, Clinton, Missouri; a sister, Shirley Church, Clinton, Missouri; other relatives and a host of friends.

Cremation with no services scheduled.

Final arrangements entrusted to Dickey Funeral Home, Garden City, Missouri.
