Memorial services will be held 2:00 pm May 28, 2017 at one of his favorite places at Lake Miola in Paola, Kansas. Services under the direction of Mullinax Funeral Home (660-679-0009).

Robert “Bob” was born March 20, 1960 in Bulter, Missouri to Steve and Mary Williams Evans. Bob enjoyed life, especially his westerns, playing golf, and fishing and watching Nascar with his best friend Ron. He was also a very avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Janice Evans, brothers Bill Evans, and Michael Evans, and a step-brother James Temple. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth “Libbie” Evans of Paola, KS., daughter Sarah M. Diaz-Garcia and husband Juan of Gardner, KS., son Corey M. Evans and wife Brenda of Paola, KS., grandson Juan “LJ” Diaz-Garcia, brother Mitch Temple and wife Stacey of Booneville, MO., step-sister Patricia Treat and husband Tim of Rochester, NH., sister-in-law Dixie Baker and husband John of Harrisonville, MO., sister-in-law Cynthia Secora and husband Tim of Reeds Springs, MO., along with numerous extended family and friends.
