On April 30, St. Clair County deputies responded to a trailer on East Burbank Street, Appleton City in reference property damage.
The trailer occupied by Kayla Carter, Zach Bean, and Ashley Carter had the skirting kicked in around the bottom and a window was broke out. During the investigation a suspect was named.
