Stockton man arrested for sexual misconduct in Eldorado Springs

On May 1, 2017, officers responded to the 400 block of South Park Street concerning a report of indecent exposure. 

The investigation resulted in the arrest of Jarrett J. Beeks, 45, of Stockton, for the probable cause of Sexual Misconduct in Involving a Child. Officers completed a probable cause statement for the charge. 

Officers received a Cedar County Warrant charging Beeks with the Class E Felony of Sexual Misconduct Involving a Child Under 15 with no bond. He was transferred to the Cedar County Jail pending a court appearance.
