The legend of the North Lake Car has been solved!

Over the past year or so we have heard rumors of a submerged car in North Lake.

On Saturday, Harrisonville investigators, with the gracious assistance of Lee's Summit Underwater Rescue and Recovery, responded to North Lake with sonar equipment.

There we learned that rock beats fish finder, or at least a large rounded rock can LOOK like a car underwater on a fish finder.
