The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 1999 Dodge Durango driven by 30 year old Nickolas B. Buckner of Paola, Missouri ran off the left side of the roadway, striking a ditch and overturning.
Mr. Buckner sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Douty's Tow of Butler, Missouri.
