Vehicle stop in Amsterdam leads to arrest

On May 16, 2017 a Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Amsterdam, MO. Dispatch advised the Deputy that the driver of the vehicle, Jesse Hogan (DOB 9/09/1984), had two warrants from City of Butler for Possession of Marijuana and for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

A search of his vehicle was conducted. The Deputy located a cigarette pack that held a baggie with a green leafy substance in it and another baggie that held a crystal substance. He also located a glass pipe.

Hogan was transported to the Bates County Jail. He received warrants for Possession of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and for Possession of a Controlled Substance except 35 grams or less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid. His bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
