Nevada Police Officer receives special award

Congratulations to Officer Marcus Champion who received an award for Special Achievement by a Local Law Enforcement Officer from the Southwest Regional Council of the National Association of Housing & Redevelopment Officials.

The award was announced at the SWNAHRO annual conference held last week in San Antonio, Texas.

Nevada Housing Authority Executive Director Carol Branham presented the award to Officer Champion yesterday afternoon.
