Thelma Bernice Decker, age 72, of Clinton, died at Clinton Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, on Wednesday, June 07, 2017.

The family will receive visitors at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, June 12, 2017 at Consalus Funeral Home, Clinton. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 P.M. Thelma's cremains will be scattered at a later date.

The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the Henry County Memory Fund and left in care of Consalus Funeral Home, 209 S. 2nd St., Clinton, MO 64735.
