Two arrested after traffic stop in Harrisonville

On June 5th at approximately 0856 hours, a Cass County Sheriff's Deputy conducted a vehicle stop at Harvey Street and Butler Terrace in Harrisonville on a white Ford F150 extended cab truck with no license plates on the vehicle. 

Brian Rinker was taken into custody on active Belton Police Department warrants. 

The passenger, Desirae Vance, was taken into custody on active Cass County warrants and active Harrisonville Police Department warrants. 

Mr. Rinker was transported to the Belton jail for processing and Vance was transported to Cass County jail for processing.
