The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2003 Harley Davidson Motorcycle driven 51 year old Richard D. Holder of Clinton, Missouri struck a deer in the roadway.
Mr. Holder sustained moderate injuries in this accident and he was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg, Missouri for treatment.
The Harley was totaled and secured in a private location.
