Very Hot and Muggy Through Saturday

We all know it's going to be hot this week. It's July after all, right? Despite the lack of surprise that it's going to be hot for the next several days, be sure to take whatever precautions you can to avoid injury or sickness due to the heat.

One of the major contributors to heat illnesses and even death are warm overnight lows (in this case 75-80 degrees each night through Saturday night) that offer little relief from the oppressive day time heat. People that either don't run their A/C at night or don't have working air conditioning are at higher risk of suffering heat related illnesses. Be sure to check in on those you know who do not have access to cooling units.
