Appleton City woman arrested in St. Clair County

On Aug. 17, Ola Roberts, 48, Appleton City, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging her with a class D felony possession of controlled substance, a class D misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and a class D misdemeanor of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.

The charges stem from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation the previous day when deputies and members of the Mid Missouri Multi Jurisdictional Drug Task Force were at a residence on Beech Street, Appleton City. 


During the investigation a glass pipe containing a white powdery and burned substance was located inside a black zippered bag. The items field test was positive for methamphetamine. 

A clear plastic bag containing burnt marijuana, a marijuana grinder, and two marijuana pipes were also located inside a black pouch.
