The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2006 Subaru Outback driven by 49 year old Dominick J. Grillo of Fayetteville, Arkansas swerved to avoid a object in the roadway and traveled off the roadway and stuck a ditch causing the vehicle to overturn.
Mr. Grillo sustained minor injuries in this accident and he was transported by ambulance to Belton Regional Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by J's Southland Tow.
