Bates County Sheriff's Office vehicle involved in accident near Archie

We would like to offer our thoughts and prayers for the two Bates County Sheriff's officers who are being transported to the hospital by ambulance after being involved in an accident at the construction area near Archie MO.

The Sheriff's Deputies were pulling a trailer that was struck by another vehicle. Both of them are in great spirits and we hope they both make a full recovery.

Traffic is still delayed in the area and we advise that you find a alternate route.
