During the car stop Butler Officers observed a plastic bag containing a crystal like substance believed to be methamphetamine.
After conducting a vehicle search Officers located another plastic bag containing a crystal like substance.
Officers also located a bag containing over 70 grams of a green substance that field tested positive for Marijuana.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 19 yr old John Herndon of El Dorado Springs MO. The subject was transported to the Bates Co Jail pending charges.
