Fatality ATV accident in rural Adrian

Shortly after 8pm this evening The Adrian Fire Department along with Bates County Sheriff's Deputies and Bates County EMS responded to a ATV accident off of T Highway and NE CR 12004 east of Adrian.

One subject sustained fatal injuries in this accident and the identity of the person will not be released until all of the family has been notified.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol and Bates County Coroner are on scene and investigating at this time.
