Funeral services for Charles Olson Sr. will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at the Heart of Life Church in Garden City, Missouri. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5-7 p.m. at the church.

Charles Joseph Olson Sr., age 76 of Adrian, Missouri died Friday, August 18, 2017 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. He was born January 27, 1941 to Carl Oscar and Naimie Alberta Anderson in Kansas City, Missouri.

Charles is survived by his wife, Virginia Olson of Adrian, Missouri; one son, Charles Olson Jr. and wife Mikki of Garden City, Missouri; one daughter, Patricia “Patty” Olson of St. Louis, Missouri; five grandchildren, Joseph Mesa, Rebecca Kagarice, John James Kagarice, John-Paul Olson and wife Sidney and Elizabeth Olson; and two great-grandsons, Damian and Devin.
