Vernon County Sheriff Jason Mosher says the spill of an estimated 12,600 gallons of oil was reported July 26th at Running Foxes Petroleum tank farm near Hudson and Soldier Roads in rural Vernon County. He adds the owner of a neighboring property reported the spill that may resulted from vandalism.
