The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2007 Honda Element driven by 35 year old Jill K. Herring of Paola, Kansas traveled off the right side of the roadway striking and sign and a tree before overturning and coming to rest on it's top.
Jill K. Herring sustained minor injuries in this accident and she was transported by ambulance to the Belton Regional Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Eckert's Tow of Belton, Missouri.
