On 8/26/17 around 1:20am the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 36 year old Robert J. Thomas of Pleasanton, Kansas.Mr. Thomas was arrested for 1.) Driving While Intoxicated 2.) No Valid Drivers License.
He was booked into the Bates Count Jail in Butler and placed on a 12 hour detox hold.
