Prescription Drug Monitoring Ordinance has been passed for Bates County and is in full force

We are pleased to announce that a Prescription Drug Monitoring Ordinance has been passed for Bates County and is in full force. 

We thank the Medical Providers, Pharmacists, EMS, Bates County Memorial Hospital, County and City Law Enforcement and the County Commissioners for their support with this issue. 

The Opiod Crisis that is facing this country is a public health issue that we felt was extremely important to address.
