Also on today’s docket were Michael Morris and Tammy Walker.
Morris admitted to violating his probation by possession a controlled substance. Judge James Journey revoked his probation and sent Mattingly to the Missouri Department of Corrections for 120 days shock time with a 6 year back up.
Tammy Walker also admitted to violating her probation by failing to report possession and use of a controlled substance. Judge Journey revoked Walker’s probation and sent her to serve her 120 days in drug treatment with a 7 year back up.
Other cases heard by the Judge Journey today included,
Travis Smith pleaded guilty to burglary and tampering and was remanded to the Missouri Department of Corrections to begin serving a 4 year sentence.
