From the Bates County Sheriffs Office

The Bates County Sheriffs Office would like to let the public know that on Friday September 15 and Saturday September 16, the gravel parking lot on the west side of the building will be open for public parking for the Hucksters Day Festival and BBQ contest. 

As the square will be roped off to traffic, the parking lot is close to the square for those that have business on the square or plan to attend. 

We ask that the parking spots in the east side remain open to law Enforcement parking only as that is where on duty Deputies and staff park patrol vehicles.
