Nevada man pleaded guilty to Burglary Charges in Bates County

A rural Nevada man 60 year old Roger M. Collins plead guilty on burglary charges in Bates County.

On 9/6/17 in a circuit court hearing at the Bates County Courthouse Henry County Associate Judge Wayne Strohman suspended a five-year sentence pending the successful completion of probation, including the payment of $1,600 in restitution fines and the performance of 200 hours of community service. 

Mr. Collins also faces a felony county of possession of a controlled substance was filed last April at Stockton, Missouri. He also faces possession of a controlled substance charge and the unlawful possession of a firearm charges in Vernon County.

Collins will be on court on September 20th.
