The BCMH Auxiliary is sponsoring this community project to collect socks for girls and boys, kindergarten through grade 12. Please drop off new socks in the package, at the hospital's information desk, or at any of our Family Care clinics by October 31. The socks will be distributed to students at area schools.
Why socks? Warm feet help children stay healthier, sleep better at night, and improve their ability to concentrate at school. Our children and youth also face peer pressure about their clothing, including worn-out socks. The community’s help is appreciated to help make this project a success.
Drop-off locations are Bates County Memorial Hospital, 615 W. Nursery, Butler; Adrian Family Care Clinic, 102 E. Main St., Adrian; High Street Family Care Clinic, 706 S. High St., Butler; Nursery Street Family Care Clinic, 617 W. Nursery St., Butler, and Rich Hill Family Care Clinic, 225 N. 14th St., Butler.
