On 9/14/17 around 10:35pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 42 year old Robert M. Bevins of Raymore, Missouri.Mr. Bevins was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of a controlled Substance - Prescription pills 2.) Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana 3.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and later released.
