Rich Hill man arrested in Appleton City

On Sept. 26, Russell Morris, 18, Rich Hill, was arrested by a St. Clair County deputy on a class A misdemeanor for violating an order of protection.

A St. Clair County deputy was advised to respond to W. Fourth St. in Appleton City in reference to an order of protection violation. Morris was asked about his protection order and was told to leave by the deputy. 

Mr. Morris became upset because he thought the protection order was over. It was found that Morris was in violation of the protection order and was placed under arrest and booked into the St. Clair County Jail in Osceola.
