The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 1997 Chevrolet Silverado driven by 34 year old Carl A. Bogart of Sheldon, Missouri traveled off the right side of the roadway, down a embankment and overturned.
Mr. Bogart along with a passenger in his vehicle 37 year old Shelly D. Miller of Rich Hill, Missouri both sustained moderate injuries in this accident and both were transported by ambulance to Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Gilkey's Tow of Rich Hill, Missouri.
