Josie Arlene Hill, age 93 of Amsterdam, Missouri, died Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Serenity Nursing Center in Butler. She was born August 10, 1924 to Russell George and Blanch Barton Allen in Adrian, Missouri.
Josie is survived by two sons, Ronnie Hill and wife Anna of Linn Valley, Kansas and Lonnie Hill and wife Sandra of Independence, Missouri; one daughter, Onda Armentrout and husband Phillip of Amsterdam, Missouri; a daughter-in-law, Janice Hill of Butler, Missouri; one brother, Dean Allen of Amoret, Missouri; one sister, Norma Lindsay and husband Melvin of Belton, Missouri; and 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 7 great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Kenneth; one son, Ken Hill; and two brothers, William and John.
