Prosecuting Attorney Hugh C. Jenkins represented the State in 3 motions to revoke probation which sent 3 persons to the Missouri Department of Corrections.
Gary Posey, Aaron Abney and Robert Imondi all violated the conditions of their probation and were remanded to prison for those violations.
Mr. Posey destroyed Bates County jail property in 2009 by possessing a nail clipper that he had concealed in his jail bed mattress. Posey and was sentenced to one year for each count of damage to jail property and concealing the nail clipper.
Aaron Abney violated his probation for possessing a controlled substance. Abney was ordered to the Missouri Department of Corrections to serve his 5-year sentence for previous drug charges.
Robert Imondi was also sent to the Missouri Department of Corrections for 5 years after violating the conditions of his probation. Imondi was caught with drugs by the Missouri State Highway Patrol during a traffic stop conducted in January of 2015.
