McNabb sentenced to 10 years in MDOC

MCNABB SENTENCED TO TEN YEARS

On October 5, 2017, Richard McNabb was sentenced to serve a term of ten years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for his conviction for neglect of a child. 


The court, sitting without a jury had earlier found McNabb guilty of that charge which involved him being under the influence at the time of the death of his child on August 3, 2014.

Mr. McNabb still has pending charges of keeping a public nuisance in one case and attempted murder and tampering with a judicial officer in a separate case involving allegations that he attempted to murder Henry County Prosecuting Attorney Richard Shields.
