Paul was born December 16, 1936 to Ricie Decker and Dorothy ‘Vanderburg’ Decker of Clinton, MO. After high school, he went to work in Clinton. Paul married Thelma Hyde on June 11, 1961. He later worked as manager of Bob Johnson’s Appliance Store for over 20 years.
Besides his family, Paul loved to fish, hunt and cook. Paul and Thelma were members of the Osceola Church of the Nazarene. He also served as a Volunteer Fire Fighter and was a member of the Eagles Lodge of Clinton.
Survivors include two daughters, Paula Bullock (Tony) and Carol Sell (Dave Storlie); three grandchildren, Bradley Bullock (Shelby), Tara Sell and Rocky Sell; a sister, Linda Roark of Jefferson City, MO; also, nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.

Preceding Paul in death were his parents; his wife, Thelma; two siblings, Bill Decker and Nancy Fenwick; and a son-in-law, Tim Sell.
Paul’s wishes were to be cremated. A private, family memorial service has been scheduled.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Henry County Memory Fund, and left in care of Consalus Funeral Home, 209 S. 2nd St., Clinton, MO 64735.
