The Missouri State Highway Patrol in Vernon County says 36-year-old Justin Byram of Sheldon, Missouri was taken to Nevada Regional Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries.
Trooper A.G. Torbeck's report identified Mr. Byram as a pedestrian and the accident occurred when the 1983 Ford truck driven by 45 year old Darrell Ford of Sheldon, Missouri ran off the left side of the highway and struck a embankment.
The vehicle was damaged and towed from the scene by Garwood's Wrecker Service.
