Arlene grew up in Lakeville, MN. She attended St. Catherine’s University and studied Occupational Therapy. Arlene worked at Nevada Habilitation Center, Nevada Regional Medical Center, and Key Rehab until her retirement. She was a member of the Occupational Therapy Association.
Arlene is survived by her husband, Bill, of the home; step-children; Renne Wright of Warrensburg, MO, Anna Koons of Centerview, MO, Micah Koons of El Dorado Springs, MO, several step-grandchildren; her mother, Shirley Nesbett of Longsdale, MN; one sister Anita Harnack of Northfield, MN; her brothers Harold Nesbett of Boise, ID, Gerald Nesbett of Savage, MN, and Milton Nesbett of St. Louis Park, MN; several nieces, nephews, and many friends. Arlene was preceded in death by her father, George Nesbett, and her first husband Barney Jeans.
A Memorial Service is planned for 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 6, 2017 at Ferry Funeral Home with Lawrence Cripps officiating. Friends may call now and until the hour of service.
