The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 1998 Toyota Corolla driven by 53 year old Kristi M. Gengler of Montrose, Missouri was slowing to pass a road grader and was struck in the rear by the 2006 Chrysler Town and Country mini van driven by 71 year old Harold L. Dutcher of Appleton City, Missouri.
Mr. Dutcher along with a passenger in his vehicle 66 year old Pamela A. Dutcher also of Appleton City, Missouri both sustained minor injuries in this accident and both were transported by private vehicle to Ellett Memorial Hospital in Appleton City for treatment.
