A individual had called in about the trailer and was concerned that somebody might strike it or that it had been stolen and left at that location.
The trailer appeared to have come unhooked from a vehicle as it was heading south bound across the railroad tracks.The trailer appeared to have been located at that location for quite awhile before it was reported.
The trailer had a license plate on the back of the trailer which checked to a couple out of Liberal, however we have not been able to get a hold of the register owner. The trailer is a dual axle bumper hitch stock trailer.

There were misc. Items of value inside the trailer. A tow truck was called to remove the trailer from the roadway due to the concerns listed above and we didn't want somebody to steal it. We are going to continue to try and get a hold of the registered owner to reunite him with his property.
