On Dec. 11, John Younce Jr., 44, Belton, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him a class D felony possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony delivery or possession of a controlled substance at a county/private jail/correction center except with a written prescription, and a class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less. Total bond is set at $17,500 cash or surety.
The charges stem from a traffic stop on Sept. 2, 2017 by a St. Clair County deputy.
