The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2012 Harley Davidson driven by 52 year old Carol L. Fregeau of Belton, Missouri failed to negotiate a curve, causing the bike to slide off the roadway ejecting the driver.
Carol L. Fregeau sustained minor injuries in this accident and she refused medical treatment at the scene.
The bike received minor damages and it was driven from the scene.
