Prior to the arrival of the deputies the male subject left the property. Deputies responded to two separate locations to speak with the parties about the allegations.
Those allegations were that both subjects were being physically violent and striking each other. At the conclusion of the investigation two individuals were arrested on the criminal charges of assault.
A 20 year of age female and a 21 year of age male were processed into the jail and place on a twenty four hour hold for investigation. The reports will be sent to the Barton County Prosecutor for consideration in filing of formal criminal charges.
