Harrisonville linemen Brent Stockstill and Brett Roof have been working on St. Croix for the past couple weeks, helping get the power grid back up and functioning in the U.S. Virgin Islands after the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria. The island has been without power since September.
Harrisonville is a member of the Missouri Public Utility Alliance which responded to a call from the U.S. Virgin Islands for mutual aid to help the stricken islands recover. The two will be returning to Harrisonville in the next few days and will be replaced by two more linemen.
