Timothy was born February 29, 1984 to Timothy James Dowland Sr. and Shirley ‘Erickson’ Dowland. After graduating from high school, Timothy moved to Missouri, making his home in Deepwater.
He and his significant other, Tracy Bean, lived there for the last 13 years. Timothy worked for AT&T as a cable installer. Timothy has now been reunited with his grandparents and brother, Tony.
Survivors include his father, Timothy James Dowland Sr.; mother, Shirley Dowland; sister, Dr. Winter Mist Dowland; step-brother, Erickson Walker, a proud Iraqi Veteran; step-sister, Tessie Marie Dowland; significant other, Tracy Bean; step-daughters, Patricia Siercks and Katelyn Bean; and his two best friends, Ginger and Isabella (Shih Tzu dogs).
Preceding Timothy in death was a brother, Tony James Dowland.
Under the direction of Consalus Funeral Home, Clinton, Timothy was cremated with no service at this time.
