On 12/16/17 around 12:15pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County arrested 50 year old Robert W. Weihe of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Mr. Weihe was arrested for 1.) Felony Possession of Methamphetamine 2.) Driving While Intoxicated - Drugs 3.) Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana 4.) Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia 5.) Archie Police Department Warrant.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler, Missouri and placed on a 12 hour detox hold.
