The deputy served a Cass County warrant after hours for first-degree statutory sodomy, first-degree child molestation, second-degree statutory sodomy, and second-degree child molestation.
Mr. McKinney, of Raymore, is scheduled to appear in court for an arraignment Jan. 25.
