Information was obtained for the warrant and a affidavit was wrote and sent to the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney on the case. A search warrant was granted and around 8pm it was executed at the home. A high grade marijuana was seized from the home.
At this time no arrest have been made in the case, however we are looking for a subject to interview on the matter. The investigation continues in the case.
