On 12/31/17 around 2:30pm the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County along with Adrian Fire Department Crews and Bates County Sheriff's Office responded to a one vehicle rollover accident on CR NE 17404 just east of the outer road of I-49 near Archie.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the 2003 Pontiac drive by 19 year old Lauren P. Watson of Archie, Missouri began to skid and travel off the south side of the roadway, striking a ditch and overturning onto its top.
Lauren P. Watson along with a passenger in her vehicle 19 year old Bradley M. Moles of Drexel, Missouri both were injured in this accident and both were transported by private vehicle to Cass Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene by Johnson's Tow of Harrisonville, Missouri.
